The phone is excellent for the price it costs. The sound quality is wonderful, well balanced, with great bass. The battery lasts about 10 hours with ANC turned on. The app is very comprehensive, you can set up command ringtones, and it has many sound equalization configuration options. The case provides about 3 full charges to the earphone. A very good feature is being able to connect to two devices at the same time; now I no longer need to disconnect from the PC to connect to my phone, so I can use them simultaneously. I believe it is the best value for money in its category.

I really liked the earphone. The construction is very good, the material gives a great sense of quality, and the sound surprised me quite a bit. The bass is strong, the audio is clear, and the noise cancellation works very well. So far, I am very satisfied with the Baseus Bass EP10 Pro.

On 26/08/2026, the product arrived in Valinhos for the customs inspection process, and today, 10/09/2026, I finally received it through the postal service. It arrived in perfect condition and I found the sound quality to be excellent! You can adjust the sound through the app according to your preference. I like bass and low notes highlighted, so I found it perfect.
Disappointed. much weaker, comparing to the baseus bowie 35, the highs are there, the mids are ok but the bass is nonexistent. yes they are finer, they connect faster, the touch is in its place :) but i don't feel any difference in anc or transparent mode. so it's not an upgrade for me or is it a problem with the headphones i received. ps in calls there is a small improvement, i hear better and i am heard more clearly. if i had the chance to test them before ordering them i would have given up without a doubt

The phone arrived in perfect condition and within the stated time frame. The product is of great quality, I've been using it for two weeks and it's really very good, great audio, many functions, very practical, and most importantly, which is what led me to choose it, the battery is amazing in both the headphones and the case. Both last a long time, and you can easily use the earphones for almost an entire day without needing to charge them. The case needs to be charged on average once a week, and depending on how much you use the earbuds, it can last up to two weeks without needing to be charged.
