Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@basemaxcore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
